During a short trip, we did online research to try to find a realtor. Chuck did an amazing job for us. He understands the market very well and gave us excellent insight into the market on our two properties, did an excellent job on marketing the properties. The photography and brochures are world class, far beyond expectations. He has a great sense on negotiating and where the buyers may be in the process and recommending next steps. The office at Silver Creek is excellent at follow up and helping with details (touch up landscaping).
